The hotel had spacious rooms with much-welcomed air conditioning, although the decor was a bit dated. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, easing our journey through the Sunday market traffic. Its fantastic location allowed for easy exploration of the lovely city. The dining offered very good products, suitable for all tastes.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice but a bit dated in terms of decor, which affected my comfort levels due to the room being too hot with a small bed and very high ceiling. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, with incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff who made our stay a lot easier. The location was excellent, close to everything in Tours, including the Cathedral and great dining spots. The dining options looked a bit expensive, but the traditional regional products were lovely.
